DESCRIPTION
General work description is “Facility Janitorial Services” That mean the typical daily, weekly, monthly and annual janitorial tasks apply:
- Floor Care
- Trash and Waste Management
- Restroom Sanitation – Sanitizing and disinfecting restrooms
- Surface Cleaning and Dusting
- Glass and Window Cleaning
- Spot Cleaning
- Specialized Cleaning: Disinfecting high-touch areas, polishing metal fixtures (e.g., faucets, water fountains), removing cobwebs, and cleaning entry mats
Work required under this contract will be at 2 locations.
1) Location One is the Soda Springs Ranger District Office, Caribou-Targhee National Forest, 410 East
Hooper Ave, Soda Springs, Idaho 83276.
Total square footage of areas requiring cleaning is 7,007, 80% of which is carpeted and 20% tile.
The office location includes a foyer, public service area, two public restrooms, a large conference
room, 11 private offices, 4 team offices, a file room, 2 employee restrooms, and a small lunchroom.
Contractor is provided a janitorial closet which includes storage racks for supplies and a sink.
2) Location Two is the Soda Springs Ranger District Warehouse, Caribou-Targhee National Forest, at
2847 Wood Canyon Road, Soda Springs, ID 83276.
Services required at this location are the cleaning of 2 employee restrooms.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be available for full time work M-F 8AM to 4PM
Must be a US Citizen or legal Green-card holder
Must pass a Fed background check
Must pass random drug and alcohol tests
Must be in possession of basic Cleaning and maintenance items such as vacuum, dusting tools, mops rags etc…..
