DESCRIPTION
Twice per year (Bi-Annual) we have a Need for Services include cleaning of exterior windows, interior surfaces of exterior windows, exterior surfaces of interior windows, glass doors, sidelights, entryway glass, frames, sills, and ledges. Contractors shall remove dirt, dust, water spots, streaks, bird droppings, wasp nests, cobwebs, and environmental debris. provide all required safety equipment and comply with all applicable OSHA, VA, and federal safety regulations.

- Building 2 & 41: 37 windows, 624 sq ft
- Building 22: 12 windows, 408 sq ft
- Building 29: 28 windows, 8,064 sq ft
- Building 11: 1,632 windows, 186,696 sq ft
- Building 96: 123 windows, 3,836.75 sq ft

REQUIREMENTS
Contractor personnel performing high-access work shall be properly trained and certified where applicable.
Contractor personnel will be required to wear name badge and business identifying uniform, Tee-Shirts or other approved wearable logo with company name.
Contractor must carry Workers’ compensation and employers liability insurance with proof of and in force policy.
