REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should be able to meet the following requirements:
* Ability to perform general commercial janitorial duties in office and facility environments.
* Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs for extended periods.
* Ability to safely operate standard commercial cleaning equipment and tools.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection procedures.
* Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
* Dependable attendance and punctuality.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to pass any required government background screening or facility access requirements.
* Eligibility to work in the United States.
* Previous commercial janitorial experience is preferred but not always required; training may be provided for qualified applicants.
* Ability to follow written work schedules, cleaning specifications, and safety procedures.
* Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow OSHA safety guidelines.
* Ability to work evenings, early mornings, weekends, or holidays if required by the contract.
