Specialty cleaning service is needed for a twice per year cleaning service of the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center’s Data Center Room.

This project includes once per year vacuuming and dusting beneath the computer room’s raised floor along with twice per year regular standard above floor room cleaning.The Data room is approximately 5803 sf.

This is not a difficult, dirty, smelly or dangerous environment, It’s clean, organized and Tidy that needs more attention than the norm twice per year. That is why you are needed.

First cleaning would be every November and will include sub-floor, top of tile and hardware, and the second cleaning will be performed every May and will cover the same sub-floor top of tile care and hardware cleaning. This requirement is for two separate cleanings and two separate locations. Each cleaning consists of sub-floor,
top of tile care and hardware cleaning. The contractor is required to perform sub-floor cleaning, and top of tile cleaning in addition to vacuum top of all tiled services, tacky rolled top of all tiled areas, dust under hardware with anti-septic cloths, vacuum under all sub-flooring, dust under flooring, remove any debris under flooring, clean perforated airflow panels, level floor tiles as necessary, clean exterior and interior of hardware cabinets, clean screens, keyboards, and monitors, clean all flat surfaces, interior windows and doors, remove any scuffs and/or stains.

These two cleanings together should maintain this facility in an optimal condition.
