The Army’s Dept Of Defense Department at the Florida Aquatic Plant Control Field facility support services at three locations in Palatka, Florida. All 3 locations are within close proximity to one another.

These services shall consist of servicing a 2 cubic yard dumpster at each location and collecting recyclable materials at each location and properly recycling the materials.

These services are expected to occur on a weekly basis at each location.

The Contractor shall provide janitorial services including cleaning offices, restrooms, and conference rooms, empty waste receptacles, and providing trash can liners. These services shall only occur at the Palm Avenue locations. The Contractor shall provide lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and herbicide application at one location.

The contract will run 1 to 5 years depending on performance and attendance.
