DESCRIPTION
Small Office Building | Housekeeping | Deep Cleaning, Eglin FL
Contractor or temporary hired staff shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision required to complete the job within 3 weeks from starting.
The work consists of:
- Floor Tile & Grout Cleaning: Commercial-grade scrubbing and sanitizing (no seal) of approximately 4,642 SF of tiled floors, restrooms, and hallways.
- Wall Tile Cleaning: Deep cleaning and residue removal (no seal) of approximately 3,046 SF of tiled restroom walls.
- Restroom Fixtures: Detailed deep cleaning and sanitization of sixteen (16) miscellaneous restroom fixtures (including exterior vents, trash dispensers, and local restroom hardware).
- Commercial Carpet Cleaning: Professional hot-water extraction and deep cleaning of approximately 7,409 square feet (SF) of commercial-grade carpeting. (a second subcontractor may be utilized if necessary.) NOTICE – This is Water Deep cleaning, NOT steam.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a legal citizen or legal Greencard holder with NO felonies, Must have reliable transportation, be available for full time work, pass background check. Lifting 50 to 90 Lbs may be necessary at times.
MOST IMPORTANT:
Must have perfect attendance for this job. We have 3 weeks to complete. Missing 1 day or late on one day may have consequences.
