Ongoing Weekly Work | Long-Term Opportunity | Established Cleaning Companies Wanted
Island Cay Partners LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable local janitorial company for an ongoing commercial cleaning opportunity in Asheville, NC.
JOB LOCATION: Bent Creek area, Asheville, NC 28806
PROPERTY DETAILS
- Approximately 12,300 sq. ft. of designated cleaning space (subject to confirmation)
- Offices, laboratories, restrooms, common areas and training facilities
- Weekly, monthly and annual cleaning assignments
WEEKLY CLEANING
- Empty trash and recycling; replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures
- Replenish paper products, soap and dispensers
- Clean floors, including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Wipe counters, tables and frequently touched surfaces
- Clean entrance-door glass and entryways
- General dusting and cobweb removal
The Training Center receives full weekly cleaning. The six smaller buildings receive weekly restroom, trash and entrance cleaning.
MONTHLY CLEANING
Six smaller buildings
- Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors
- Dust furniture, windowsills and partitions
- Sanitize work surfaces and touchpoints
- Clean entrance and storm-door glass
- General kitchen-area cleaning where applicable
OCCASIONAL / SPECIALTY WORK
- Annual interior and exterior window cleaning, including second-floor windows
- Carpet shampooing and deep cleaning when ordered
- Hard-floor refinishing and specialty cleaning when ordered
IDEAL CONTRACTOR
- Established local commercial cleaning company
- Experienced with offices or institutional facilities
- Has own cleaning equipment, supplies and transportation
- Reliable employees and backup staffing
- Properly insured
- Able to provide consistent service and quality control
CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
- Consistent weekly assignments
- Additional monthly and specialty work
- Initial 12-month contract opportunity
- Potential annual renewals for up to 5 years total
- Contractor pricing requested
- This is a minimum of a two person job.

REQUIREMENTS

Established or establishing, dependable commercial cleaning company.
- Legal to work in the USA and speak fluent English

Experience cleaning offices, commercial buildings, or government facilities.

Business liability insurance

Own employees or established cleaning crew with backup personnel.

Provide all necessary cleaning equipment, supplies, and transportation.

Ability to perform weekly, monthly, and occasional specialty cleaning.

Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning.

Ability to maintain consistent quality and meet scheduled service requirements.

Reliable communication and a designated supervisor or point of contact.

Compliance with applicable safety, labor, and government facility access requirements.

Ability to provide competitive, fixed-price quotations.

Must qualify as a small business under NAICS 561720 for our proposed similarly situated subcontracting arrangement. and pass background check.
