Description

This is a Government facility. The Contractor shall perform all the janitorial services in a quiet, disciplined, orderly manner so as not to disturb employees working in the respective areas, visitors, or the normal operation of the activity being cleaned. At all times, the Contractor shall coordinate work so as not to cause interference with Government business or work performed by Government staff and other Contractors. Janitorial services shall apply to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, rest rooms, locker rooms, office spaces, laboratories, work areas, entryways, lobbies, storage areas, stairways, elevators, break areas, conferences rooms and interior and exterior of the facilities. Service hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM Mon through Fri. The location has 3 buildings with a total Sq Foot area of 20,000 Sq Ft. The Government will provide all paper and plastics, hand soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and sanitizers, disinfectants, hard surface cleaners and germicidal detergents, janitorial closets for equipment and supplies. There are multiple staging areas at each location.

Requirements

Must be a legal citizen or legal greencard holder with NO felonies, Must have reliable transportation, be available for full time work, pass drug and alchol testing and a criminal background check. Lifting 50 to 90 Lbs may be necessary at times. Do Not inquire if you do not see yourself in a long term position (1 to 5 years).
