Description
This is a large center with 133,000 sq ft and multiple buildings. BASIC CLEANING SERVICES. The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks to meet the requirements of this PWS. EVS workers are required Monday through Friday including some Federal Holidays from 1030 – 1900 (including breaks and lunch). Contractor will provide EVS technicians and an onsite work leader to interact with Contract COR or designated representative. Total square footage is approximately 212,874. See attached spreadsheet for space breakdown. Task frequency analysis tool methods are proprietary, however. TFA shows an average of 12 -14 for outer buildings & DOM over 7-day period of work. Daily occupancy of domiciliary area changes from day to day but currently there are 62 residents.
Requirements
Contractor or employees must supply their own tools, Mops, Brooms, Rags, buckets, Vacuums etc. No Felons and Must be legal resident or have a valid Green-Card. Contractors must have a minimum of 2 business verifiable references, Employee applicants must show up to date 3 years of verifiable work history. Must pass Drug and alchol screening tests and pass a complete background check.
